Enter the information below and click “Connect” once to download the Robo remote application Support-Logmein.  Once downloaded, run the app and accept the prompts to initiate the remote session.  Please insure your technician has control before leaving the computer.

This process is slightly different depending on the kind of computer and browser you are using.  There are typically 2-3 prompts you must accept on a Windows PC before the technician will have control.
