ITSupport Remote

Please follow the instructions below to start a remote session with a Robo technical specialist.

  • Save all work and close confidential information before beginning.
  • Please do not start a remote unless a Robo team member has asked you to do so.
  • Fill out the form at bottom of this page and click “Connect.”
  • Depending on your computer type, please look below for instructions.

FOR WINDOWS USERS

    1. Once you click Connect below, you will need to run the download.
      1. For Microsoft Edge, check top right of window for downloads.
      2. For Chrome, look to the bottom left for the download.
    2. If you see a prompt like the image below, please click Cancel.
    3. There are between one and three prompts to accept before the tech can see the remote.
      1. This depends on whether you are an admin or not.
    4. Please ensure the technician can control your computer before leaving computer.

Windows USERS: If you see this prompt please click cancel.

FOR macOS USERS

  1. Once you click Connect below, you will need to run the download.  You are looking for a blue circular icon with a white plus + in it.
    1. For Safari, check top right for a small icon with a down arrow.
    2. For Chrome, check for the download on the bottom left.
  2. There will be a single prompt you have to allow before the technician can assist you.
  3. macOS requires Support-Logmein.app have the following permissions:
    1. You should see a small window asking you to click Screen Recording and Open Accessibility.

      2. Accessibility (see image below)
  4. Please ensure the technician can control your computer before leaving computer.

Enter the information below and click “Connect” once to download the Robo remote application Support-Logmein.  Once downloaded, run the app and accept the prompts to initiate the remote session.
